Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Art City AI at ai.artcity.group. By creating an account or using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.

The service

Art City AI is a production platform. It provides tools for development, pre-production, AI generation, editing, post-production, review, quality control and delivery. Availability of individual modules depends on your plan and on the role you hold on each project.

Your account

• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including work started by anyone you invite to a project.
• Credentials are personal. Do not share them; add the person to the project instead.
• Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Use of the platform is subject to the Acceptable Use policy. Material that breaches it may be removed and the account suspended.

Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at purchase. Generation, storage and delivery consume metered capacity where your plan says so; the amount consumed is visible in the platform before and after each job.

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, or where continued operation would put other customers’ data at risk. On termination you keep the rights described in User Content Rights, and you may export your masters and project records for 30 days.

Liability

The platform is provided without warranty that generated output will be fit for any particular commercial purpose. You remain responsible for clearing rights in the material you deliver. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We will give notice in the platform before a material change takes effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
