Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Art City AI holds about you, why we hold it, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and role.
• Authentication records: sign-in times, IP address, and two-factor enrolment status where enabled.
• Work you create: projects, scripts, characters, media, comments and approval decisions.
• Operational logs: which jobs you ran, what they cost, and whether they succeeded.

Why we hold it

To run the platform, to bill for it, to keep it secure, and to be able to tell you who changed a production document and when — which is a requirement of the work, not an analytics choice.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use your project content to train models for other customers without a separate, written agreement. See the AI Content Policy.
• We do not send marketing email to project collaborators who were invited by somebody else.

How long we keep it

Account records are kept while the account is open and for 12 months after closure, so that an approval record retains the name of the person who signed it. Operational logs are kept for 12 months. Project media is kept until you delete it, or until 30 days after account closure.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to legal@artcity.group. Deleting personal data does not delete a project owned by your organisation.
