User Content Rights

This page answers one question: who owns what, on this platform. It is deliberately short.

What you upload

Yours. Uploading footage, a script, artwork or a voice recording does not transfer any ownership to Art City. You grant us only the licence needed to store it, process it, show it to the people you have named on the project, and produce the outputs you ask for.

What you generate

Yours to use, subject to the AI Content Policy and to your plan. Where generated material is derived from something you uploaded, your rights in the source carry through to the output.

What Art City retains

• The platform itself, its models, its interface and its documentation.
• Aggregate, non-identifying operational statistics — how long jobs take, how often they fail.

Third-party material

Music, stock footage, fonts and likenesses you bring to a project remain governed by their own licences. The Rights module exists so those licences are recorded against the project rather than remembered by one person.

Removal

You can delete your content at any time. Deleted media is removed from active storage immediately and from backups within 30 days.
