Acceptable Use

What this platform may not be used to make. This list is not exhaustive.

Never

• Sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualises a real person without consent.
• Synthetic media of a real person saying or doing something they did not, presented as genuine.
• Content that incites violence against a person or a group.
• Material designed to defraud — fake endorsements, fabricated news, impersonated organisations.
• Voice cloning without a consent record for the person cloned.

Not without permission

• A recognisable real person's likeness or voice.
• Third-party music, footage or artwork you have not licensed.
• A trademark or brand identity you do not represent.

Operational limits

• Do not attempt to reach projects you have not been named on.
• Do not automate the interface in a way that degrades it for others.
• Do not resell platform capacity as your own service without a written agreement.

Enforcement

We remove material that breaches this policy and suspend the account that produced it. Serious cases are reported to the relevant authority. If you believe a decision was wrong, write to legal@artcity.group.
