Art City respects copyright and expects the same of everyone using this platform.

Reporting an infringement

Write to legal@artcity.group with: the work you say has been infringed, the URL or project where it appears, your contact details, a statement that you hold the rights or act for the person who does, and a statement that the report is accurate.

What happens next

• We acknowledge the report and, where it is complete, restrict access to the material while we look at it.
• We notify the account that uploaded it, with a copy of the report.
• That account may send a counter-notice.

Counter-notice

A counter-notice should identify the material, explain why you believe the report is mistaken, and give contact details. If we receive one and the reporting party does not pursue the matter, access is restored.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material are closed.
